I started the business in Alice Springs, Northern Territory and have recently moved to South Australia. I am a single Mum to a very active toddler and love being in this part of the world. Alyssa is an accomplished bookkeeper with nearly five years of experience supporting a diverse range of clients. Her responsibilities include day-to-day email management, overseeing and maintaining financial transactions, tracking invoices, bills, and payments, reconciling company accounts, processing payroll and overtime, and assisting with tax preparations. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Accounting and is certified in both Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll. She prides herself on her expertise in data entry, ensuring that all numbers, information, and data are input accurately. What Alyssa enjoys most about her job is the satisfaction of helping her clients manage their financial transactions effectively, allowing them to focus on growing their businesses and spending quality time with their families.
April Denn Ozarraga
April is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit control and bookkeeping. With three years of experience as a Credit Control Officer for an Australian insurance and reinsurance company. April currently serves as an Accounting Assistant at Morelli Bookkeeping Services, a role held since 2022. She is Xero Advisor Certified and proficient in MYOB AccountRight, with expertise in problem-solving, data entry, accounts receivable and payable, and bank reconciliation. What she enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to help clients succeed while facing the challenges of resolving accounting issues, which fuels her desire to continuously learn and grow in her field.
